Both Probate Court Cases were assigned to Judge Thomas Cain and the Civil Court Cases were assigned to Judge Socrates Manoukian – Department 19.
The manner in which Giselle Riordan was deprived of her Conservatee Rights was very similar to the way that Heidi Yauman was deprived of her Fair Housing Rights by Markham Plaza Property Management. Additionally, the following individuals were involved in both the cases in which private businesses engaged in a corrupt arrangement with the Santa Clara County Public Guardian. Both businesses had mistakenly thought that the Public Guardian would be able to protect them from being held accountable for their crimes of elder abuse.
The following State Court Officials were directly involved in BOTH the Villa Fontana and Markham Plaza Apartments Scandals.
SANTA CLARA COUNTY PROBATE COURT INVESTIGATOR: YARA RUIZ
JUDGES THOMAS CAIN & JUDGE SOCRATES MANOUKIAN.
The following Santa Clara County Officials were directly involved in Villa Fontana and Markham Plaza Apartments Scandals.
Deputy Public Guardian: Rebecca Pizano-Torres, Deputy Public Guardian:
Bruce Thurman, Deputy County Counsel: Larry Kubo.
Lee Pullen – Director of Aging and Adult Services for the County of Santa Clara (resigned)
Mark Riordan and Cary-Andrew Crittenden were both falsely accused of being the “trouble makers” , when in fact, they were genuinely advocating for the protections ofconservatees who were being abused. Gisele Riordon, was being abused by Villa Fontana and Heidi Yauman was abused by the staff of Markham Plaza Apartments ( EAH HOUSING)

Fortunately, exposure of the Villa Fontana Elder Abuse Case has helped to trigger California State Assembly Bill AB937 ( Bob Weikowski, D. Fremont )
The Coalition requests that readers redistribute this article and all accompanying info, and also please suggest to State Assembly Member, Bob Weikowski that the Elder Abuse & Fraudulent Eviction of Heidi Yauman’s Eviction from Markham Plaza Apartments be used as a “CASE EXAMPLE“, – REFER TO SANTA CLARA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE: 1-12-CV-226958 – THE MARKHAM PLAZA SCANDAL
